Fill out our online form or give us a call at (603) 436-4222. We’ll schedule a tour for you to view the facility and choose an open unit. Once your unit is selected, we’ll set up your account and payment method.

A driver's license and payment method (credit, debit, or your bank account's routing and account numbers) should be brought with you for a scheduled tour, in case you decide to rent a storage space.

All renters will be auto-charged for their space via credit card or ACH transfer, which we set up when you open an account.

We recommend that renters get their own insurance . Many homeowner and renters plans already have this included! We do offer insurance plans to storage unit renters if needed.

All units have heat, but there is no air conditioning in this building. While the thick, brick walls do provide natural cooling, we cannot say these units are climate-controlled.

We are not liable for anything you keep within your space. We highly recommend you get insurance for this reason. We maintain the building to keep it secure and clean, but accidents can happen.

You can store any items and materials, so long as they are not hazardous. That includes storing furniture, boxes, artwork, bicycles, seasonal items, etc. You may not store items such as propane tanks, gasoline / kerosene, live animals, illegal items, firearms / ammunition, fireworks, perishable food items, etc. Contact us directly if you have a question on a specific item.

You can store cars, trucks, RVs, boats, small machinery (riding mower, snowblower, etc) in our outdoor lots. At no time is anyone allowed to reside in or occupy those vehicles while they are in our lot.
